Job Title: Barback

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Barback to join our team at Hofman Hospitality Group. As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bar area, providing exceptional service to our guests, and supporting our bartenders to deliver an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist bartenders with drink preparation, garnishes, and glassware
  • Restock supplies, including liquor, syrups, and garnishes
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the back bar and bar top
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
Requirements:
  • 21 years of age or older
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of liquor, beers, wines, and beverages
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant environment
  • Knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation
