CULINARY SUPERVISOR

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
  • Experience in the production and delivery of culinary programs.
  • Previous culinary roles emphasizing high-quality service.
  • Experience serving seniors or other vulnerable populations.
  • Prior culinary service roles in healthcare, hospitality, or hotels.
  • Volunteer work or experience with vulnerable groups.
  • Internships or special assignments enhancing culinary skills.
  • Leadership positions within the culinary field.
QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Minimum age of 21 years.

2. A combination of education and experience supporting Sous Chef qualifications.

3. Current negative TB test.

4. Knowledgeable in, or able to quickly learn, kitchen regulatory standards.

5. Willingness to adapt to a healthcare/assisted living environment.

6. ServeSafe certification or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.

7. Ability to pass a criminal record/background check.

8. Strong time management skills.

9. Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
