Job Summary:We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to fill a 13-week contract in our Progressive Care Unit. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing individualized care to patients with complex medical needs, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patients' responses to interventions.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that patients receive high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices that enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Arizona
- 1-3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Progressive Care Unit or similar setting
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
