Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Sun City West, AZ. As a Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Job Summary:We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse to work in our Progressive Care Unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in step-down and intermediate care nursing, with a strong focus on patient safety and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current RN license in the state of Arizona.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in step-down and intermediate care nursing.
- Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN) certification is preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
