Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for various civil litigation cases.
• Conduct motions practice and prepare legal briefs.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Facilitate discovery processes.
• Represent clients in trials, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Oversee and manage paralegal staff.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess strong skills in legal research, writing, and advocacy. Experience in civil litigation is preferred. A suitable home office setup is required, and candidates should be prepared to begin work promptly.
