Civil Litigation Attorney

Litigation associate with civil litigation experience wanted for a very active and successful state-wide plaintiffs' consumer protection practice, which practices remotely in Washington State. Excellent compensation up to $200,000 annually starting for experienced candidates. Applicants must be located in Snohomish or King County for consideration.

Applicants must be skilled in legal research, writing, and advocacy. Applicants with civil litigation experience preferred. Applicants should have access to a home office set up and be ready to start immediately.

Job Description:

The Litigation Associate will be responsible for implementing strategy on various civil litigation matters including, but not limited to: motions practice and briefing, taking and defending depositions, facilitating discovery, representing clients at trial, arbitration, and mediation, managing paralegal staff, etc. The attorney will manage a caseload under the supervision of the lead attorney.
