Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performance platforms.
  • Strong technical skills in programming languages, data structures, algorithms, and software architecture.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Experience with marketing technology.
  • Experience with voice technology (i.e Twilio).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
  • Experience with microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence.
