Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Gymnastics Instructor for Young Achievers to join our team in Smyrna/Decatur. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-energy classes that promote physical development, socialization, and fun for children aged 4 months to 12 years.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging gymnastics-based programs that cater to diverse age groups and skill levels.
  • Create a warm, inclusive environment that encourages children to learn, grow, and thrive.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to parents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained facility.

Requirements
  • A background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ability to create a positive, energetic atmosphere that promotes learning and fun.

Benefits
  • $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
