F45 Training North Smyrna is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Instructor to join our team. This role involves delivering high-energy group fitness classes, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our studio.

Job Summary

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about fitness and has a strong desire to help others achieve their health and wellness goals. As a Fitness Instructor at F45 Training North Smyrna, you will be responsible for creating a fun and engaging workout environment that motivates and inspires our members to reach their full potential.

About the Role
  • Deliver high-energy group fitness classes, including strength training and cardio sessions
  • Provide personalized instruction and feedback to members during class
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of F45's proprietary workouts and equipment
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new class formats and programming
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment
Requirements
  • Certification from a reputable fitness organization (e.g. ACE, NASM, etc.)
  • 1+ years of experience teaching group fitness classes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
