Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive skills and behavior assessments to gain a thorough understanding of clients.
  • Develop detailed treatment plans and implement evidence-based interventions.
  • Train, supervise, and support the Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) on your child's team.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and the quality assurance team to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
  • Coordinate with and train caregivers to empower them as partners in their child's development.

Qualifications:

About You:

  • A Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field is required.
  • Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience in supervising the implementation of ABA-based treatment programs by RBTs.
  • Licensure in the state of Maryland is required or actively pursuing licensure at the time of hire.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, outcomes-based care to clients and their families is essential.
