Pre-Litigation Attorney Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our client's team. As a Pre-Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of pre-litigation cases and providing legal representation to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of pre-litigation cases, including conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and communicating with clients.
  • Conduct initial case evaluations and provide clients with legal advice and guidance.
  • Negotiate settlements and draft settlement agreements.
  • Prepare and attend hearings, depositions, and mediations.
  • Collaborate with our team of attorneys and legal assistants to develop case strategies and ensure efficient case management.
  • Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
  • Stay up-to-date with legal developments and changes in laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  1. Must be fluent in Spanish and have experience in personal injury presuit case management.
  2. Member of the Georgia Bar and in good standing or willing to get barred in Georgia.
  3. Experience in pre-litigation, personal injury law.
  4. Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  5. Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines.
  6. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  7. Proficient in legal research and drafting legal documents.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  10. Experience with case management software is a plus.
