Key Responsibilities:
• Meet with clients to discuss their case and provide updates on the status of claims, demands, and offers.
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding the status of claims and negotiate settlements.
• Evaluate claims and provide expert advice to clients.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to resolve disputes.
Requirements:
• Member of the Georgia Bar and in good standing or willing to get barred in Georgia.
• Experience in evaluating claims and negotiating settlements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and team-oriented.
• Fluency in Spanish and experience in personal injury presuit case management.
