Manufacturing Engineering Co-op

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented co-op student to join our Manufacturing Engineering team at Bosch Rexroth in Charlotte, NC. As a co-op student, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of manufacturing processes and procedures
- Conduct quality control and assurance activities to ensure compliance with company standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Participate in the design and development of manufacturing workstations and tooling
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program, ideally in Engineering
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Motivated and self-starting individual with a strong work ethic
