Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for government program authorities, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, manage administrative tasks, and maintain accurate records.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management, logistics, and supply chain operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to contract staff, ensuring they are up-to-date with required certifications and VA trainings.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree or PMP Certification
  • Experience: 10 years of experience in program management, supply chain operations, and logistics
  • Skills: Strong decision-making skills, proficiency in inventory software and systems, Microsoft Office, and data entry
  • Certifications: Tier 1 Background Investigation (BI)
