About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Manager to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our data analytics function, you will be responsible for driving data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business strategy and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain data models and analytics tools to support business decisions
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns in fees and incentives data
  • Build and pressure test incrementality models to assess fees incentives ROI
  • Leverage incentives data to create a data lake of fees incentives rules, spend data, ROI, and KPIs
  • Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for business stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Business, Economics, Finance, or related quantitative field
  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics or related field role
  • Advanced SQL, Python/R, Google Big Query, and Google Cloud Platform skills
  • Experience working with large data sets and writing custom SQL/Python/R scripts
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Business, Economics, Finance, or related quantitative field
  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics or related field role
  • Experience working with modern data visualization tools such as Looker and Tableau
