Responsibilities
- **Read and Interpret Blueprints**: You will be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints and diagrams to understand the plumbing systems and requirements of our projects.
- **Time Management and Production**: You will need to manage your time effectively, ensuring that you meet deadlines and production targets while following directions from supervisors.
- **Installation and Maintenance**: You will be responsible for installing and maintaining all types of piping and materials used in the trade, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- **Leadership and Training**: As an experienced plumber, you will be expected to lead and train apprentice plumbers, ensuring that they work safely and effectively within our company guidelines and policies.
- **Skilled Trades**: You will need to be skilled in the use of hands and tools used in the plumbing trade, including the ability to establish elevation and layout piping.
- **Flexibility and Adaptability**: You will be required to work overtime and weekends as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in your work schedule.
Requirements and Qualifications
- **Commercial Plumbing Experience**: You will need to have three to five years of commercial plumbing experience, with a strong understanding of 3D plans and drawings.
- **Physical Demands**: You will be required to climb and balance on ladders, stand or sit for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- **Certifications and Licenses**: A Florida State Journeyman license is preferred but not required. You will also be required to pass regular drug testing and be open to background checks.
