The Family Service Program employs a Strength-Needs-based methodology, actively involving clients in identifying their requirements, formulating tailored case plans, and executing strategies to attain positive results.

Compensation: Starting at $20 per hour

Preferred Work Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field, or qualifications such as CADC I or QMHA with three years of experience, or an Associate's Degree with three years of experience.
  • Ability to qualify as a QMHA with MHACBO.
  • Experience working with families using a strength-based approach.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems and related technologies.
  • Successful completion of a background check.
  • Pre-employment drug screening, including testing for Cannabis/THC.
