About the Role:

This Director of Sales and Operations Planning will play a critical role in integrating sales and demand planning with supply planning globally. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of strategic business goals and objectives, as well as experience in process definition and implementation.

The successful candidate will lead a cross-functional team to develop and implement a globally harmonized S&OP process across regions, product categories, and distribution channels. They will collaborate with regional sales teams, customer service, product teams, sourcing teams, finance, supply chain, and IT teams daily.

This position requires exceptional collaboration skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record of leading teams and developing organizational talent.


About You:
  • Educational experience to include a bachelor's degree in operations/engineering, supply chain management, business administration, or related field. MBA or related advanced degree highly preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in demand/supply planning, operations, financial planning, or sales planning.
  • 7+ years proven success leading a team of individuals in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, we provide a range of benefits, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
