  • Availability for 12-hour shifts across our various group homes; a valid Driver's License is mandatory.
  • Commitment to working every other weekend.
  • Participation in a comprehensive week-long paid training program.
  • Exemplifying professionalism and a courteous demeanor while representing the facility.
  • Providing direct care in licensed Adult Foster Care Homes, focusing on rehabilitation for individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury and Spinal Cord Injury.
  • Experience with PEG tube feedings, Hoyer lifts, bowel programs, and personal hygiene is advantageous, though training is available.
  • Assisting clients with daily living activities while promoting independence through appropriate interventions.
  • Delivering care that prioritizes safety, client rights, comfort, and a therapeutic atmosphere.
  • Recognizing verbal and non-verbal cues for potential aggressive behaviors and employing suitable de-escalation techniques.

Work Schedule:

  • 12-hour shifts (PM)
  • Three holidays per year (selection required)

Preferred Experience:

  • Background in Licensed Adult Foster Care Homes
  • Experience with Traumatic Brain Injury
  • Experience with Spinal Cord Injury
  • Proficiency in Hoyer Lift Transfers

Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
