Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and daily living assistance to patients, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Assist with meals and nourishment, ensuring patients receive fresh water and food between meals.
  • Ambulate, turn, and position patients to maintain their comfort and safety.
  • Administer non-sterile dressings, surgical preps, ice packs, heat treatments, and therapeutic baths as needed.
  • Work effectively as a team member to deliver care and assist in orienting new employees.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Successful completion of the nursing assistant course or equivalent.
  • Previous hospital experience and acceptable references preferred.
  • CNA License or HHA certification required.
