About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Supervisor to join our team at WSP. As a Construction Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate construction activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
