Job Summary:

Complete Care at Victoria Commons is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse-LPN to join our team. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer medication and perform treatments as assigned per physician's orders, in accordance with resident's care plan and within scope of practice.
  • Accurately report and record residents' condition and care, including signs and symptoms that can be indicative of change.
  • Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Active, unencumbered New Jersey LPN license.
  • Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
