Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and ADLs.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, ensuring effective and efficient care delivery.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program, with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- Minimum of six months experience as a Registered Nurse I, or equivalent experience in a comparable setting.
- Valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of California.
- Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and CPI, with PALS certification preferred.
