Job Summary:

Facility Mid Coast - Parkview is seeking a Clinical Team Assistant to support the clinical team in delivering exceptional patient care. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for performing daily patient service functions, ensuring seamless communication, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the clinical team in delivering patient care, ensuring a positive patient experience.
  • Perform daily patient service functions, including data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other staff members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines.
  • Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and team efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited vocational institution, community college, or university in the field of health sciences.
  • Current BLS certification or ability to obtain within 3 months of employment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-based care environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software applications.
