Each year, we positively impact the lives of over 140,000 individuals across Colorado, providing essential services such as housing support, emergency shelters, and nutritional assistance.

Role Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the delivery of housing assistance and case management services to program participants.
  • Implement service strategies including Housing First, Trauma-Informed Care, and Motivational Interviewing.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and community outreach to identify and support individuals in need.
  • Assist clients in navigating housing options and securing stable living arrangements.
  • Coordinate with various service providers to ensure comprehensive support for participants.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting in compliance with organizational standards.
  • Provide transportation and accompany clients to appointments as necessary.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, or a related field.
  • Experience working with homeless populations and understanding of housing stability challenges.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client empowerment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and engage with community resources.

Working Conditions

This position requires travel within the community and may involve evening and weekend hours to meet client needs.
