About the Role:

Oakbridge Insurance Agency LLC is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients, visitors, and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients, visitors, and guests, and direct or escort them to the appropriate location.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to staff, take messages, and schedule appointments.
  • Receive and distribute mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support, including basic filing and recordkeeping.
  • Assist with other duties as needed, supporting both the front desk and overall office operations.
Required Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with an emphasis on working with insurance clients.
  • Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Prior insurance experience or a strong interest in developing a career in the insurance industry.
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous insurance industry experience or an active interest in an insurance career is strongly preferred.
