Key Responsibilities:


The Media Operations Supervisor is accountable for defining, constructing, launching, and supporting workflows that govern content ingestion, transcoding, and fulfillment throughout the digital supply chain.

This position also involves onboarding partners and providing operational and technical assistance to the Media Operations, Operations & Technology team.

The Media Operations team is responsible for ingesting, preparing, quality-checking, and delivering content on an international scale, relying on the Media Operations Supervisor to resolve or escalate issues via electronic communication, phone, or in-person interactions.

Additional duties include offering operational and customer support for the suite of applications and products utilized in file-based digital workflows, including video editing, transcoding, digital file delivery, and live streaming.

This role merges elements of broadcast engineering, information technology, and digital media. An ideal candidate will possess a background in Film/TV, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Digital New Media.

The successful individual will thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy engaging with clients, and be prepared to confront unique challenges directly.
