About the Job

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Senior Community Care of Northern Kentucky PACE. As a Home Care CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our participants in their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist participants with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide restorative and supportive care to ensure the physical and health safety of the home environment
  • Monitor and report the health status of participants and provide a safe environment for them
  • Work collaboratively with the Home Care Coordinator to update participant status and confirm scheduled visits
  • Perform household and homemaker services as assigned or needed
Requirements
  • Active and up-to-date certification in CPR
  • Minimum of one year of experience working with the frail or elderly
  • Medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Current STNA license
  • Bilingual skills
