Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant Home Care

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Senior Community Care of Northern Kentucky PACE. As a Home Care CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our participants in their homes.

About the Job:

As a Home Care CNA, you will be responsible for providing and assisting participants with activities of daily living and restorative/supportive care necessary to ensure the physical and health safety of the home environment. This includes assisting with personal hygiene, ambulation, and medication administration, as well as performing directed household/homemaker services.

You will work closely with the Home Care Coordinator to ensure that each participant receives the highest level of care and support. This role requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and a passion for working with seniors.

Requirements:
  • Active and up-to-date certification in CPR
  • Minimum of one-year experience in working with the frail or elderly population
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations before having direct participant contact
  • Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and means of transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Current STNA license
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
