This role is structured for 56 hours biweekly.

This position is also eligible for a $4000 bonus. Compensation for this role begins at $22.50 per hour, with potential increases based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:


As a crucial member of the patient care team, the Healthcare Support Specialist enhances patient-centered care by executing a variety of essential functions that meet the needs of both the healthcare team and patients.

The Specialist will gather necessary information and documentation to facilitate patient visits. Responsibilities include adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and practice guidelines, fostering teamwork among healthcare professionals, and ensuring complete, timely, and accurate clinical documentation for each patient. The Specialist will also continuously seek opportunities to enhance processes and workflows.

Deliver care as directed by authorized practitioners to assigned patient populations or individual patients.


Prioritize tasks based on patient needs, available resources, and team preferences, in collaboration with other care team members.

Effectively communicate compliance and concerns to the delegating physician or authorized practitioner.

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:

- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant Program or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

- Basic Life Support Certification

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in Ambulatory Care

- AAMA Certification
