Job Title: Field Service Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at Actalent. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our clients' facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems, including traffic safety and highway maintenance.

• Conduct IMSA Work Zone Level 1 training and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

• Troubleshoot and repair basic electronics and 120VAC power devices.

• Understand and apply DC relay control principles to ensure safe and efficient operation.

• Develop and maintain a clean driving record and adhere to company policies regarding vehicle use.

• Travel occasionally within Wisconsin for work-related purposes.

• Pass OCIP OSHA Contractor Safety and Drug Testing requirements.

• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.

• Handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities to ensure timely completion of projects.

Requirements

• Traffic Safety and IMSA Work Zone Level 1 training certification.

• Basic electronics and 120VAC power device safety knowledge.

• DC relay control principles and application.

• Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency.

• Clean driving record and ability to travel within Wisconsin.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
