We are a growing mental health private practice with two locations in Phoenix and Scottsdale, seeking licensed therapists to join our team. As a licensed therapist, you will have the opportunity to work in a private practice setting without the burden of administrative tasks.

We are looking for therapists who are willing to commit to at least 3-4 days per week, with a goal of building a full caseload of 24 sessions per week. You will have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work with clients who align with your specialty and desired scope of work.

Our practice offers a supportive and professional team atmosphere, with opportunities for growth and development. We provide electronic health records, credentialing and billing services, and regular consultation and ongoing learning opportunities.

We are seeking therapists who are passionate about providing high-quality care to their clients. If you are a licensed therapist with a strong clinical diagnostic, assessment, and treatment skills, and a willingness to build a caseload, we encourage you to apply.

  • Willingness to build up to at least 24 direct client hours per week
