Maintenance Director

Ferrara is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team and drive operational excellence. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our facilities and equipment.

• Lead the maintenance team in providing a proactive and reactive maintenance service to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve operational effectiveness, reduce costs, and enhance overall plant performance.
• Manage the maintenance budget and prioritize projects to achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless equipment repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory/managerial experience in a technical field, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Proven track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives and driving business results.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
