Work Environment:
This position requires daily onsite presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot to maintain operational efficiency and escalate any concerns regarding quality, processes, equipment, materials, or labor as necessary.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members to enhance their professional skills while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with supervisors and other team leaders to effectively schedule team members as needed.

Expectations:

- Possess a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED (required).
- Be an effective communicator capable of reading and following instructions or procedures.
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- This role is classified as Safety Sensitive.
Compensation:
Hourly Pay Range: $27 and up. This base pay range is based on national averages in the U.S. Actual base pay may vary based on seniority, merit, and geographic location.
