Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our Aftermarket team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales results to end users and channel partners servicing the aftermarket channel. You will work collaboratively with local sales teams to develop a cohesive aftermarket attack plan customized to the specific territory.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with decision makers and influencers to drive sales results.
- Implement specific aftermarket sales objectives and track progress.
- Assess and report on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities.
- At least 2-3 years' experience in sales, preferably in the aftermarket channel.
- Ability to read and understand specifications/facility standards and technical aptitude in building construction, electromechanical, and IT networking.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to sell a full range of door opening solutions.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and known for follow-up habits.
- Strong communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- College/University degree preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 25% and lift/carry up to 50 lbs. of sample and display material for sale presentations.
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000, a comprehensive benefits package, and a company car. ASSA ABLOY is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Minorities/Females/Disabled/Veteran.
