Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our Aftermarket team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales results to end users and channel partners servicing the aftermarket channel. You will work collaboratively with local sales teams to develop a cohesive aftermarket attack plan customized to the specific territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with decision makers and influencers to drive sales results.
  • Implement specific aftermarket sales objectives and track progress.
  • Assess and report on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities.
Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years' experience in sales, preferably in the aftermarket channel.
  • Ability to read and understand specifications/facility standards and technical aptitude in building construction, electromechanical, and IT networking.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to sell a full range of door opening solutions.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and known for follow-up habits.
  • Strong communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • College/University degree preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% and lift/carry up to 50 lbs. of sample and display material for sale presentations.
What We Offer
