Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for every customer.
  • Drive sales through advanced product knowledge, innovative merchandising, and effective sales techniques.
  • Assist the Store Management team in leading the store team, observing, and coaching individuals to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Perform operational duties, including opening and closing the store, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Collaborate with other Team Members and Store Management to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of supervisory experience in a customer-centric environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 49 pounds, and perform other duties as required.
