Job Title: Antenna Systems Engineer

At Dynamics ATS Organic, we are seeking a highly skilled Antenna Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and employing antenna system collection plans for Joint Electromagnetic Readiness (JCER) evaluations of Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO) events.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in applied electromagnetics and/or aircraft survivability, as well as experience in C++, MATLAB, Python, or other highly technical languages. They will also have a comprehensive understanding of EM energy transmission through space and within material.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute detailed test plans for antenna performance evaluations;
  • Conduct research on electromagnetic spectrum (EMS) issues and obtain relevant DOD documents;
  • Analyze options and develop specified documentation to assist with effectively and efficiently carrying out the JCER mission;
  • Apply scientific methods and techniques, evaluation planning, coordinating specifications related to computer software use cases and software demonstrations, operations research and systems analysis, program management expertise, and an understanding of multi-Service and Joint doctrine and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) to address the JCER focus areas.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, related engineering or physics discipline from an ABET accredited program;
  • At least five (5) years of demonstrated relevant experience;
  • United States citizen;
  • TS security clearance with eligibility for SCI, SAP, and SAR accesses.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in creating test plans to qualify and quantify different modulation schemes as required depending on the wireless communication system being implemented;
  • Ability to make recommendations to cross-functional teams on resolving wireless system issues including, but not limited to, baseband algorithms and RF/Antenna systems.
