Job Title: Senior Fire Alarm Engineer

At Intelligent Fire Systems & Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fire Alarm Engineer to lead our fire alarm engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, installing, testing, and maintaining advanced fire alarm systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and engineering of fire alarm systems, ensuring compliance with NFPA codes and local regulations.
  • Project management, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Technical expertise, including troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues.
  • Compliance standards, ensuring fire alarm systems meet NICET standards and local codes.
  • Communication, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and conducting client meetings and presentations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • F-Card, NICET IV, OSHA-30, Lift, CPR, and other relevant certifications.
  • 5+ years of experience in fire alarm engineering, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
  • Proficiency with industry standards and local building codes.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and engineering software applications.
