A leading healthcare provider is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join their team at a skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care (LTC) setting in Raeford, North Carolina.

Position Overview

This travel Occupational Therapist position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients' medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions. They will also establish and administer treatment programs with specific goals determined according to patients' capacities and tolerances under the direction of physicians.

  • Assess patient needs and plan for, evaluate, and modify care to meet goals of occupational therapy interventions.
  • Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

  • Graduated from an accredited school.
  • Current state license as an Occupational Therapist or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Current CPR certification.
Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package for this position includes a highly competitive salary range of $83,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
