Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain multiple SAP instances, including development, quality, and production environments.
  • Manage the SAP Correction and Transport System (CTS) to ensure all configuration and development objects are promoted properly.
  • Design and implement optimal SAP configurations to maximize system performance and availability.
  • Administer and configure multiple SAP BTP services, such as Integration Suite, Advance Event Mesh, Hana Cloud DB, etc.
  • Provide technical support for BTP/Clean Core implementation projects.
  • Manage SAP Security, including users, roles, authorizations, and profiles.
  • Map OSS to SAP Incidents & Service Request Templates.
  • Distribute online SAP user workload and monitor and manage SAP background job workload.
  • Configure and manage SAP printing subsystem for all SAP instances.
  • Monitor all SAP Cloud systems, including work processes, users, system logs, short dumps, locks, developer traces, system traces, disk space, etc.
  • Administer the SAP database, including planning and performing database upgrades, applying database maintenance, designing and maintaining physical database layout, performing database reorganizations, designing and implementing backup and restore strategy, maintaining database security, administering database performance, managing database storage, database problem determination and resolution, etc.
  • Perform SAP client administration, including creating, copying, deleting, exporting, and importing clients as required.
  • Participate in the planning and implementation of SAP system upgrades.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation for all SAP instances and interfaces.
  • Provide status reports for projects to management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university with a minimum of 10 years of related post-graduate work experience.
  • Expertise in SAP technologies, including SAP Basis, S/4, DB HANA, SAP BTP, SOLMAN, SAP ABAP, SAP Fiori, SAP Web Dispatcher, SSO 3.0 Solutions, SAP Data Services, Cloud Experience in SAP Cloud Platform (SCP) and (AWS).
  • Good knowledge of ADS, Set up SolMan CHARM, Fiori and Gateway services, BAS, Build, and Hana cloud connector & workflow monitoring, etc.
  • Experience with Solution Manager and transport management processes, experience defining/operating SAP transport paths in a complex technical architecture.
  • Experience with system sizing, storage management, database sizing/management, backups, and disaster recovery for SAP systems.
  • Experience working with service-based APIs (e.g. SOAP, Rest, etc) required.
  • Expertise with SAP Tuning, Troubleshooting, debugging related to system performance is required.
  • Experience with technical project management and/or leadership skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and control activities.
  • Proven track record for completing projects in specified deadlines.
  • Ability to work both in a team environment and independently, as required.
  • Demonstrated high level of written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to communicate technical and non-technical information, ideas, procedures, and processes.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, agile environment, and with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of an organization how current trends and technology can address identified business needs and capabilities.
  • Maintains a positive work environment through teamwork and conflict resolution.

Salary will be commensurate with experience. A comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, is offered with this position. This position will work an average of 40 hours per week and will be available 'after hours' if an emergency situation should arise.
