Sugarbush Resort is a premier destination offering a unique blend of outdoor recreation and luxury amenities. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Childcare Provider to join our team at the Sugarbush Day School.

Job Summary

The Childcare Provider will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional childcare services, ensuring the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our young guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement engaging activities to meet the diverse needs of children in the program.
  • Implement daily routines, including feeding, rest, and playtime, to promote healthy development.
  • Ensure a safe and secure environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and parents to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance childcare skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent, with a focus on early childhood education or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in a childcare setting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
