Leasing Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at Bridge Investment Group Holdings LLC. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for effectively leasing apartments of our multifamily unit community, while also assisting management with resident programs, administration, and resident retention strategies.

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, provide tours of the community, and present features and amenities.
• Lease apartments, including closing sales, securing lease agreements, and processing applications for approval.
• Follow up with prospects regarding the status of their applications.
• Input information into computer systems accurately and timely.
• Ensure apartments are ready for residents to move-in on agreed dates.
• Assist in the collection of delinquent rents.
• Assist in planning resident functions.
• Gather information about market competition in the area.
• Follow Bridge policies and procedures, as well as Fair Housing, state, and federal laws.
• Follow all safety procedures and notify supervisors of safety hazards.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and develop relationships quickly.
• Leasing, sales, and closing skills.
• Competence in the use of standard office equipment, including telephones, Internet, fax machines, and photocopiers.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Demonstrate strong work ethics with the ability to adapt to change.
• Understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
