Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team at BGSF, Property Management. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for leasing apartment inventory, touring the community, and providing exceptional customer service to residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative duties, including answering phone calls, making coffee, and filing
  • Customer service responsibilities, including resolving resident concerns and submitting service requests
  • Touring the community and apartment homes
  • Selling and leasing apartment inventory
  • Assisting with completion of required application and lease paperwork
  • Assisting with marketing and community events

Requirements:

  • A minimum of six months of apartment/multifamily leasing experience
  • Software requirements may apply, including Yardi, OneSite, and BlueMoon
  • Fair Housing knowledge is required
  • Dependable transportation to and from work
  • A strong work ethic with reliability and dependability
  • Ability to assist with other community projects
  • Maintain a friendly and customer service-oriented approach to coworkers and customers
