About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate NICU Nurse to join our team at MultiCare Health System.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns and their families
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and monitor patient progress
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in NICU care

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Washington
  • Experience working in a NICU setting, preferably with a Level IV NICU
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
