Job Summary

The Client Support Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring seamless processing of occupational health service requests from users. As the first point of contact for BlueHive customers, they oversee the processing of requests, locate and schedule services within specified distances, and maintain the accuracy of the BlueHive Provider Directory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between BlueHive Provider Relations, employers, and occupational healthcare providers.
  • Monitor and process requests from the service queue.
  • Verify employer, employee, and provider information and ensure all BlueHive records are up to date.
  • Inform providers about their BlueHive Provider Directory listings and encourage them to maintain these listings.
  • Research specified areas to ensure all providers are represented in the BlueHive Provider Directory.
  • Use independent judgment to troubleshoot or escalate any client issues that may arise.
  • Stay up to date with BlueHive's latest features, pricing, and other news.
  • Assist the Provider Relations team in updating the BlueHive Provider Directory.
  • Participate in weekly meetings with the BlueHive Provider Relations Team.
  • Communicate directly with the Product Owner about client feedback, bugs, or feature requests.
Requirements
  • Part-time position.
  • Experience in customer service or as a phone operator.
  • Experience in the healthcare field is a plus.
  • Experience with Electronic Health Records is a plus.
  • Understanding of remote work best practices.
  • Computer skills.
  • Experience with Mac OS, Google Suite, and Webex.
  • Multilingual is a plus.
  • Ability to pass Criminal Background Checks.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
  • High school Diploma or equivalent.
  • Entry Level.
