The Best Western Premier Puyallup is seeking a skilled Lobby Attendant to provide exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our lobby area, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for our guests.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area, including restocking amenities and supplies as needed.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that guests feel valued and respected.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous housekeeping or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A competitive hourly rate of $17.97 to $19.72, depending on experience.
