$22.50-$32.80/hr**Salary range is dependent on relevant experience, qualifications, education, and proficiency in a second language used in your role (50% of the time).

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver small group and individualized instruction to students needing support in reading, writing, mathematics, and other subjects as required.
- Regularly communicate student progress to parents/guardians, general education instructors, school administration, district staff, and other service professionals through progress reports and Individual Education Plans.
- Ensure compliance with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).Essential Qualifications:
- A valid credential in Special Education and an ODE License.
- Must pass a current background check through the BCI/FBI.
- A current TB Test (within the last 12 months).
- Maintain appropriate automobile insurance with coverage limits that permit the use of a personal vehicle for work (25/50k liability coverage).
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Varied settings, including classrooms, clinics, and home environments.
- Moderate to high noise levels and physical demands may vary.
- Experience working with individuals exhibiting diverse behaviors and needs.
