Compensation: Competitive - $42/hr

SJS is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that specializes in delivering professional services to federal and military organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain steam boiler operations
  • Evaluate operational conditions and optimize equipment performance
  • Ensure plant efficiency through testing and maintenance
  • Examine safety valves and automatic safety mechanisms
  • Identify and resolve equipment issues
  • Conduct feedwater treatment and conditioning
  • Install, repair, and maintain system components
  • Engage in team meetings and perform additional related duties as required

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be vaccinated against COVID-19 or willing to receive the vaccination
  • Possess a valid State Driver's License
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and comprehend heating systems
  • Capable of performing physical tasks and working in diverse environments
  • Successfully pass a drug screening and background investigation
