Position Overview:
The primary role of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is to deliver direct and personalized nursing services to our residents. As a vital member of our healthcare team, the LPN will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and implement appropriate interventions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized nursing care to residents
- Prepare, administer, and document medications in accordance with facility protocols
- Sterilize medical equipment and supplies as necessary
- Prepare residents for medical procedures, explaining the processes and their significance
- Administer prescribed emergency care when required
- Respond to residents' call lights and assess their needs
- Monitor and document residents' conditions and vital signs
- Contribute to the creation of personalized care plans and execute them accordingly
- Maintain accurate medical records and document nursing assessments
- Familiarize with and adhere to the facility's healthcare policies and safety guidelines

Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Minimum of one year of experience in long-term care
- Current CPR and First Aid Certification
