We are seeking a Pediatric Critical Care Leader to join our team at Levine Children's Hospital. This role will involve leading a team of advanced practice providers in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and working closely with medical leadership to develop and implement clinical policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have experience in pediatric critical care and possess strong leadership skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with staff and physicians. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and developing quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of advanced practice providers in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit
  • Developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience
